DIRECTIONS FOR APPLICANT

CHOOSING UNIQUE USER ID:

Your User ID will be the first initial of your first name followed by your full surname.

 

 MAIL* APPLICATION TO:

Clerk of the Circuit Court

Attn: CRMS Web Subscription

*For our records, we require an original Application.  During the application process, we will accept an application by fax, so we may set up and test the new connection prior to release of the account password to the new subscriber.

 

SUBSCRIPTION FEE:

Submit $50.00 payment with your original Application. Payment must be tendered by either cash, money order or check payable to "Clerk of Martinsville Circuit Court". Alternatively, payment may be made by credit card, Visa or Master Card ($50.00 plus a 2% convenience fee, i.e. $51.00).  Advance Payment is required before the Subscriber will be assigned a Password.

If payment is made by credit card, the clerk's office will continue to submit your account number for successive monthly subscription services until you cancel your subscription.  Any questions?

NOTIFICATION:

The CRMS Administrator will notify you by email informing whether your application has been granted or denied

 

  If your application is denied, an explanation will be included.

 

 If your application is accepted, your email will confirm that your account has been opened, and will provide the unique CRMS password.

 

ACCESSING CRMS:

      Open your web browser to https://www.ci.martinsville.va.us/crms

 

      Click on Court Records Management System.

 

      Type your unique user ID and CRMS password exactly as provided (case sensitive)
