City Manager's Office
This office provides administrative leadership to city government by
carrying out policies, programs, ordinances, and resolutions approved by
City Council; manages municipal services, departments and positions;
informs City Council of the city's financial condition and future
financial needs; and prepares reports for City Council concerning the
affairs of the City.
The manager and assistant are aided in day-to-day operations by the
other members of the manager's office: Public Information Officer
Scott Coleman,
Executive Secretary
Brenda Prillaman, and Administrative Associate
Molly Shelton.
The City of Martinsville's team of
professional directors, specialists in their respective areas of
municipal service, continually and professionally manage their
departments in striving for service excellence.
