City Manager Clarence Monday also serves as Finance Director. Donna M. O'Dell, Assistant Finance Director provides daily oversight to the city's financial, purchasing and utility billing divisions.
Linda H. Conover serves as Budget Analyst. Her duties include budget development, financial reports and attending council meetings.
Mary K. Washington is Staff Accountant, with Lisa Holiday and Wanda Jessup serving as Accounting Associates.
The Munis financial management system generates the city's general and utility billing, tracks accounting data, payroll data and monitors expenses to maintain up-to-date financial data for the city departments. Accounting services are also provided for the Blue Ridge Regional Library, Piedmont Criminal Justice Training Academy and West Piedmont Business Development Center.
