Utility Billing

The Utility Billing Division provides administrative assistance to customers when signing up for electric, water & sewer service and garbage collection. This division includes four utility billing associates and four meter readers who are among the most visible of the employees because of the locations of their work throughout the city.  The day-to-day operation is under the direction of Sharon C. Echols, Utility Billing Supervisor.
