Customer Service
Martinsville operates a Customer Service office so citizens have opportunity to get directions to city offices, get information, and file complaints for city action. Customer Service Coordinator Brenda Prillaman serves as a citizen advocate and manages the property maintenance complaint system. CITY MISSION STATEMENT It is our duty as public servants to create, in partnership with the citizenry, an innovative, responsive, and unified community where every citizen of Martinsville, Henry County and surrounding areas may have the opportunity to become self-sufficient, with a feeling of satisfaction and pride; and to be faithful stewards of the public trust in an effort to enhance the quality of life throughout the community for this and future generations. |
